Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the TapClash series game service ("Service") provided by TapClash Games Inc. (hereinafter "Company"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Definition of Service

"Service" refers to the TapClash brand mobile game series and related websites and supplementary services provided by the Company through TapClash Games (tapclash.games).

2. Eligibility

• The age requirement for each service is determined by the applicable game rating classification.
• Each user is limited to one account. Creation of multiple accounts may be restricted.

3. Accounts (applicable to games that offer account features)

• For games that offer account features, the Service is immediately accessible in guest mode, and you may link a Google or Apple account to preserve your account.
• If you do not link an account, game data may be reset or become unrecoverable upon app deletion or device change.
• Users are responsible for keeping their account information secure.
• You may request account deletion. Once deleted, related game data cannot be recovered.

4. In-Game Currency (applicable to games that offer in-game currency)

• For games that offer in-game currency, currency can be earned through gameplay rewards, ranking settlements, and various other in-game activities.
• Eco Point is a shared currency usable across the TapClash series service.
• In-game currency cannot be converted to cash or withdrawn externally.
• Upon service termination, in-game currency will expire and no separate compensation will be provided.
• Refunds for purchased currency are subject to the refund policy of the applicable store (ex. Google Play, App Store, etc.).

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited and may result in restricted access:

• Hacking, cheating, or manipulating the game through abnormal methods
• Exploiting bugs for unfair advantage
• Unauthorized use or impersonation of another user's account
• Interfering with service operations
• Any other activity that violates applicable laws

6. Service Changes and Suspension

• The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service as operationally necessary.
• Changes or suspensions will be announced in advance. However, in urgent cases, notice may be given afterwards.
• The Company may display third-party advertisements within the games and may include tools for service improvement and statistical analysis to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer

• During CBT/OBT and other testing periods, service instability or unexpected errors may occur.
• When transitioning from a testing period (including OBT) to official service, accounts and game data may be reset.
• In the event of data loss due to force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures, the Company will make its best effort to recover data but does not guarantee complete recovery.
• The Company is not liable for damages caused by the user's own fault.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included in the Service (game planning, rules, systems, design, images, sound, text, code, etc.) and all intellectual property related to the Service belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of these without the Company's prior consent.

9. Changes to Terms

• The Company may amend these Terms for operational necessity or for legitimate reasons such as changes in applicable law.
• When amending these Terms, the Company will notify users at least thirty (30) days before the effective date by posting the updated Terms, together with the effective date and the reasons for the amendment, within the Service or on the website (tapclash.games). However, amendments that are not adverse to users or are minor in nature may be notified at least seven (7) days before the effective date.
• When giving notice, the Company will clearly inform users that failing to expressly object before the effective date will be deemed acceptance of the amendment. If a user continues to use the Service after the effective date without objecting, the user is deemed to have accepted the amended Terms.
• Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue using the Service and, for games that offer account features, may request account deletion.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, provided that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence shall take precedence where applicable. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the courts of the Republic of Korea shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by the laws of your country of residence.
